The challenge
Healthcare operations span intake, lab results, clinical review, follow-up, and refill tasks. When those steps live in separate queues, it becomes harder for a team to see what needs attention next.
Our approach
We designed a high-fidelity operations prototype using synthetic patient data. It organizes pending work around patient state and next actions, so clinical and support teams can assess the flow before a production build.
